Kelsey O’Leary
Administration Manager
Kelsey joined Whyfield in March 2022 as our Office Administrator, and was promoted in 2023 to Administration Manager – it’s no surprise! She’s amazing at what she does.
Kelsey is Level 3 qualified in Business and Administration and has previous experience of working in her field. She wears many hats in her role: she is a client contact, processes client onboarding, creates and improves office processes and internal reports, provides clients with company secretarial services, and manages her admin team. She’s also a dab hand at organising!
Kelsey is also one of our Wellbeing Champions, a point of contact within the company for employees to go to talk about their mental health and wellbeing, as well as introducing new wellbeing initiatives to help the team with that extra level of support.
She’s a big advocate for looking after your mental health and is qualified in Awareness of Mental Health Problems with a level 2 qualification from TQUK. This has helped her to build on her understanding and the support she can offer to others.
When Kelsey’s not in the office, you’ll most likely find her at the gym or pole dancing classes, meeting friends, and exploring Cornwall.
