Esme Homer
Bookkeeper
Esme joined our team in January 2025 as one of our fantastic Bookkeepers. She plays a key role in supporting the team with clients’ bookkeeping and VAT returns while also looking after her own clients.
Before joining us, Esme worked as an Accounts Assistant for a solar panel installer. Passionate about sustainability, she loved working with a business that shared the same values as her.
Esme was the sole finance team member, in a previous role, where she crossed paths with our MD, Laura, who handled the management accounts. From that moment, she knew she wanted to work alongside and learn from her in the future. Keen to fully immerse herself in a practice environment, Esme was eager to expand her knowledge of the entire finance function and provide the best possible support to clients.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find Esme running and exploring the north coast, or in the gym! She also loves baking, reading, and spending time on the beach with her adorable dog, Harley.
