Accountant
Tabitha is of our brilliant Accountants, providing valuable support to clients and the team across bookkeeping, VAT returns, accounts preparation, and tax returns for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, and is QuickBooks and Xero certified. With a strong focus on pre-year end reviews and tax planning, Tabs plays a key role in helping clients make informed decisions.
Since qualifying as an Accountant, Tabitha is continuing to develop her skills and is currently working towards her ACCA qualification to become a Chartered Accountant. She’s passed two exams so far (five with some additional exemptions thanks to her AAT), leaving just eight more to go. She’s also in the process of enrolling onto a Level 7 Apprenticeship to support her ACCA journey – pending final confirmation.
Tabs joined Whyfield in 2018 at just 17, after completing a summer work experience placement with us that led to an apprenticeship offer. She started straight after her first year of A-Levels and went on to complete her AAT Levels 2, 3, and 4 – officially finishing her apprenticeship, and qualifying as an Accountant, in August 2022.
When Tabs isn’t in the office, you’ll most likely find her riding her horse, or enjoying time with her friends and family while finding new places to explore and cafés to eat at.
