Whyfield is celebrating its third year of trading this week.
The whole Whyfield team would like to say a big thank you to each and every client that we have worked with. We would also like to say a big thank you to everyone that has helped us along the way, including friends, family, other local businesses and more besides!
Whyfield started with a small team of just 3 staff. We now employ around 10 people and are currently on the hunt for 2 new apprentices. Whyfield is an AAT accredited employer, which means that clients can be sure that staff have received a high level of training.
The accreditation also means that Whyfield employees who are AAT members, including apprentices, will automatically meet their CPD requirements for AAT professional membership by participating in Whyfield’s internal training and development programme. This can be very helpful to our qualified staff, as it means that they do not need to complete additional CPD records. It is also great news for Whyfield because it enables us to work with the most talented local professionals.
Whyfield’s Practice Manager, Roxane Neave, said, “It’s been an exciting journey. We started with less than 30 clients from our own freelance work. We now have over 450 clients and that number is likely to increase during the next few weeks, as we have many enquiries!”
Whyfield’s Managing Director, Laura, said, “I’d like to say a big thank you to all of our lovely clients. Also, a huge thank you to each of our amazing and hardworking staff. It’s been a great 3 years and we couldn’t have done it without you all!”
